The venue seats up to 100 guests for a seated dinner or ceremony, and up to 120 for cocktail or standing reception formats.

Portable Restroom Facilities
For events that need additional restroom capacity beyond the two on-site bathrooms, we connect guests with our preferred provider.

Outdoor Structures
If your event includes any outdoor component at a nearby location, our partners build and install pergolas, pavilions, and custom outdoor structures.
Marshall Property Management builds pergolas, pavilions, and custom hardscape features across the Eastern Shore. For events that need a permanent or semi-permanent outdoor structure, they’re a call worth making.
Setup and Breakdown
Rental windows include time for setup and breakdown. Let us know your timing requirements when you reach out and we’ll structure it accordingly.
